No angel or life for rent?

Hi all.
Here you can write which Dido album you think is better. Her first one No angel or her second one life for rent?
I personally like more her first one because the music quality is much better. We can hear different types of songs, more instruments, better backing vocals, and i think the composition and aragements were more carefully planned.
I think the second album was more pop and most of the songs sound very simmilar with each other. The only exeption in life for rent is the song who makes you feel which was very carefully produced and the arangement is very good.
So what everyone else thinks? It would be interesting to read oppinions.

i think it has better songs on,

I love Dido but I will say that the first album is a bit more inventive and is more versitile than the second one. I love the song "my love has gone", it's fantastic.

I like my love has gone as well. It's one of my favorite songs by her.

No Angel, only because I haven't listened to Life for Rent that much and White Flag drives me insane. (waaaaaay too overplayed) Plus Thank You, Hunter, and Don't Think of Me are my three favorite songs by here. Honestly OK's a pretty cool song too, love the accordion in there.

Also another good song in no angel is Isobel. Good music and good percussion.
The accordion in the song honestly ok i don't know if is real or midi but it sounds interesting. Probaply it's midi.

I guess No Angel, but I like a lot of the lyrics on the second album. Still, much more familiar with No Angel so will have to give the edge to it.

Lyrics. This is a good point.
As a person who can speak English as a second language i still find it difficult to understand lyrics in songs.
So my above comments about the two albums were mainly about the music quality, instruments etc.
I don't know which of the two albums has got better lyrics so it would be good to see more comments about the lyrics as well as the music.
